Position Overview:
We are currently looking for an on-call and casual Massage Practitioner to join our team.
The selected candidate will be required to complete training provided by Flourix Wellness in order to deliver services according to our standards, service structure, and client care expectations.
It is very important to us that the practitioner follows the training accurately and provides treatments based on Flourix Wellness standards and procedures.
Schedule & Work Conditions:
- Available to work weekdays and weekends
- Candidates must be available to accept same-day bookings with a minimum of 1 hour notice
- Flexible schedule
- Location: North Vancouver and West Vancouver
- In-person position
- This is a casual, on-call position. Client volume may vary from week to week.
- Practitioners should not expect a full-time schedule or a guaranteed number of bookings.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Receive 40% of the service revenue for each massage session
- Guaranteed minimum of $35 per session
- Keep 100% of client tips
- Flexible, performance-based earning potential
Income Potential:
- Earnings vary based on availability, client demand, and booking volume.
- Practitioners who maintain broad availability, including weekdays and weekends, and can accept same-day bookings with 1–2 hours' notice may have the opportunity to earn over $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on client demand and booking volume.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage treatments based on client needs
- Perform basic assessments, including mobility and muscle condition
- Follow Flourix Wellness training, service standards, and treatment protocols
- Deliver consistent client experiences according to Flourix Wellness expectations
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
- Create a welcoming, respectful, and professional client experience
Services may include:
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Sports Massage
- Swedish / Relaxation Massage
- Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Qualifications:
- English communication skills required
- Willingness to learn and follow Flourix Wellness training and service standards
- Professional attitude and strong client care skills
Growth Opportunity:
If the practitioner demonstrates strong performance, reliability, and consistency during the first 3 months, there may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time position.
Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
