We are a busy, fast-paced building materials supplier looking for a highly driven and organized Store Operations Manager to take ownership of our daily operations. In this role, you will be the engine that keeps the business running smoothly. You will act as the critical bridge between our sales team, our warehouse staff, and our vendors.

Core Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment & Operations Oversight
- Process, invoice, and ship out all daily orders with absolute accuracy.
- Oversee the end-to-end workflow, ensuring both the sales team and the warehouse staff are processing, picking, and handling all orders correctly.
- Act as the primary daily coordinator between the front-end sales team and the back-end warehouse picking team.
- Monitor all open orders and actively track their status to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate effectively with our courier partners (including LTL freight).
- Provide accurate freight quotes for the sales team.
- Oversee seasonal Amazon order shipping
- Delegate responsibilities during peak season while ensuring work is being done correct and on time
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Act as the first point of escalation for customer inquiries, confidently and independently resolving minor customer issues.
- Identify complex or major customer disputes and escalate them directly to ownership with all necessary details for a final resolution.
Purchasing & Inventory Management
- Execute purchasing duties and meticulously check all vendor Purchase Order confirmations for accuracy.
- Monitor daily inventory levels to prevent stock-outs.
- Maintain the absolute accuracy of our POS and ERP systems.
- Promptly update internal price lists and Fishbowl system pricing whenever vendor price increases occur.
Administration & Finance
- Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Reconcile vendor invoices against received POs.
- Oversee and manage the front-office filing systems
The Ideal Candidate:
- You are a "take charge" problem solver who doesn't need to be micromanaged.
- You are highly organized and can switch gears quickly from task to task while properly prioritizing work
- Previous experience in operations, purchasing, or warehouse administration is heavily preferred.
- Experience with Fishbowl ERP or similar inventory management software is a major asset.
Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
