We are looking for a highly motivated, sharp, and reliable operations coordinator for our cleaning business! The job schedule will be 8am-12pm, 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday, working from home.
The most important qualities we are hiring for are a sense of responsibility and a great, calm attitude. Your job is to ensure the day runs smoothly.

Duties
- Managing the schedule: you must look at the calendar, email, and phone system daily, and correct any errors that will result in unhappy customers. Are 2 jobs booked too closely together? Did a customer email us to reschedule, and our staff forgot to update it? Is a cleaner booked for a city that they said they couldn’t work in? This is YOUR schedule, and it's your responsibility to ensure it runs smoothly without owner involvement. No mistakes get through you, and you are the safety layer!
- Answering calls until 11am: We typically get a few calls in this window; it could be an impatient customer wondering where their cleaner is, it could be a cleaner telling you the buzzer number is wrong, or a customer looking for a quote. It’s your duty to answer every call, text or email that comes in during this time, until our office staff take over at 11am for the busy parts of the day.
- Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new cleaners using our mostly automated system. Interview the best candidates, set up a test clean for them, and add them to our system! Hiring is ongoing at this business, and we talk to new people every week.
- Charge bookings that have been paid, mark them completed at the end of the day, and pay the providers out (takes 5 minutes)

Requirements
- Native English speaking & written skills, without an accent
- A fantastic attitude, from a genuine person that can be trusted
- Clean criminal record
- Cleaning experience a bonus
- Strong common sense
- Some admin experience; with a CRM system, Google Sheets, or phone system
- Emotional intelligence
- A strong sense of responsibility and duty; we aren’t hiring any lazy bones, and weak performance won’t be tolerated. This just means no missed calls, you are who you say you are, and you complete the tasks at hand. There’s no hiding at this job, if you slack, it will show immediately and be obvious in the form of upset customers, missed payments, or lack of new hires.
