Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first-time?Aura Key Realty (AKR) is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.
New licensed agents that join the AKR team are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide.
We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and close them. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month. Some of our agents closed 10,11 and even 12 deals in a month. AKR offers continued education 24/7, that way our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.

What You Will Be Doing
- Represent buyers and sellers across the GTA residential market
- Conduct showings, listing appointments, and client consultations
- Prepare and negotiate offers
- Maintain consistent follow-up through CRM systems
- Prospect and build long-term client relationships
- Participate in regular team meetings and skill development sessions
- Deliver a high level of client service from first contact to closing
Qualifications
- Licensed with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO)
- Newly license agents are also welcome
- Full-time commitment to real estate
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Organized and comfortable using CRM systems

Compensation
Commission-based position.
Annual earnings typically range from $100,000 to $750,000+, depending on production and performance.
Administrative, training, and marketing support provided to help maximize productivity.
Work Schedule
Full-time role.
Flexibility required for evenings and weekends to serve clients across the GTA.
