Account Executive / Sales Rep – Brand Partnerships
DogPack is a fast-growing pet app building a marketplace that connects dog owners with great brands and services. We’re early, moving fast, and building things from the ground up — and we’re looking for someone who loves sales and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone.
This role is all about outreach, relationship-building, and closing. You’ll be talking to a lot of brands, explaining what DogPack is, why it matters, and getting them excited to join our marketplace.
What you’ll be doing:
Cold calling, emailing, and DM’ing brands to introduce DogPack
Finding and reaching out to pet brands, service providers, and retailers across North America, the EU, and UK
Owning the sales process from first contact to signed deal
Pitching DogPack as a new sales and marketing channel for pet brands
Following up consistently to move deals forward
Helping onboard new merchants once they say yes
Working closely with marketing and the team to improve pitches and outreach
Tracking leads, conversations, and deals in a CRM
Representing DogPack at trade shows or events when needed
What we’re looking for:
Some B2B sales experience (SDR, AE, inside sales, merchant sales, etc.)
Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
Confident on the phone and over email
Organized and able to manage lots of conversations at once
Scrappy, motivated, and self-driven
Willing to learn and grow with an early-stage company
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools is a plus
Must like dogs

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
