Service Writer – Hot Tub Service Department

Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Manitoba is looking for a Service Writer to join our busy service department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls regarding hot tub service and troubleshooting
- Schedule service appointments and assist customers with basic support
- Order parts required for repairs and maintenance
- Process and ship warranty parts back to manufacturers
- Communicate with technicians and customers to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Requirements:
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Assets (not mandatory):
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Previous customer service or service department experience
