Carpenter Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team for tenant improvement projects and small ground-up base-buildings. You’ll be responsible for site carpentry and installation of doors, accessories, miscellaneous carpentry, millwork touch-up etc. as well as lead a small crew on-site, help with layout and planning, and make sure work is done safely and to a high standard.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and support the carpentry crew
- Carry our miscellaneous site carpentry and installations
- Read drawings and help with layout
- Keep the site safe and clean
- Make sure the work is done right and on time
- Use Autodesk Construction Cloud for basic site updates (training provided)
What we’re looking for:
- Strong carpentry experience
- Some experience running a crew
- Able to read plans and follow instructions
- Reliable, respectful, and safety-focused
- Self-starter / able to identify tasks proactively
