Job Overview
AlphaDX Clinic is seeking a passionate and entrepreneurial Pharmacist to help establish our in-house pharmacy service. We are open to discussing different engagement models, including employment and collaborative partnership opportunities, for the right candidate.
You will have the opportunity to work within a modern, integrated healthcare clinic alongside family physicians and diagnostic services, delivering seamless, patient-centred care while contributing to the long-term growth and success of AlphaDX.
Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and operation of the AlphaDX Pharmacy.
- Ensure compliance with all pharmacy legislation, licensing, and professional standards.
- Provide safe, high-quality pharmacy services and medication counselling.
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver connected patient care.
- Support the growth and success of the pharmacy service.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (BScPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) with the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba (CPhM).
- Eligible to serve as the Pharmacy Manager for a licensed community pharmacy in Manitoba.
- Strong knowledge of Manitoba pharmacy legislation and standards of practice.
- Community pharmacy and leadership/management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient-centred care skills.
