TIG/MIG Welder

Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced TIG/MIG Welder to join our client's manufacturing team in Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience welding stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel while maintaining high-quality workmanship and following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on various metal components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Grind, clean, and finish welded parts as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of TIG/MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience working with stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
- Knowledge of measuring tools and fabrication equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CWB certification is considered an asset but is not required.
