Duties
- Perform daily operations of the café, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation practices
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Manage cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic cooking skills are a plus
- Ability to work independantly in a fast paced environment
- Hospitality or related field experience is preferred
*Must be willing to work Saturdays
Pay: $39,500.00-$46,000.00 per year
