We are seeking a dynamic and skilled In-house Contractor to join our team, bringing expertise in various construction disciplines to support diverse building projects. As a Contractor, you will be responsible for executing high-quality craftsmanship across multiple trades, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Read technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, safely and effectively during project work
- Install cabinetry, flooring, plumbing fixtures, electrical components, as needed
- Apply caulking, painting, drywall installation, and other finishing techniques to ensure a polished final appearance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all work complies with safety standards and project specifications
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or related trades with a strong understanding of building processes
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools
- Knowledge of painting, drywall finishing and trim work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and quality control
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, homeowners and supervisors

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
