The successful candidate will deliver high-quality instruction aligned with the Alberta curriculum while creating engaging learning experiences that connect classroom outcomes to real-world applications. Teachers at Dixonville Rural Academy work collaboratively to foster student achievement, character development, critical thinking, and practical life skills in a supportive rural learning environment.

Qualifications
- Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate or eligibility for certification in Alberta.
- Bachelor's Degree in Education.
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment, and instructional best practices.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to student-centered learning and continuous professional growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and community partners.
- Willingness to contribute to the broader school community through extracurricular activities and school events.
- Experience or interest in agricultural education, career education, skilled trades, project-based learning, outdoor education, or experiential learning is considered an asset.
- Appreciation for the unique opportunities and strengths of rural education.

Pay: $72,000.00-$103,000.00 per year
