Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Assist with financial reporting and support the Director of Finance with ad-hoc analysis
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of accounting processes
- Contribute to process improvements and system efficiencies
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of journal entries and month-end procedures
- CPA designation or working toward it is an asset, not a requirement
- Non-profit experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Available to start right away.
