Parts and service advisor
Duties:
- Service and parts department and ensure efficient operations
- Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of parts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Train and supervise parts department staff
- Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales and profitability
- Monitor industry trends and stay updated on new products and technologies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a parts management role
- Strong knowledge of automotive or equipment parts
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer systems and inventory management software
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
