Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Fractional CFO to provide high-level financial leadership and guidance to our client organizations on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in corporate finance, accounting, and risk management, with a proven track record in business development and organizational leadership. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse companies, helping them optimize financial performance, manage risks, and achieve their strategic goals through expert financial oversight and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with clients’ business objectives.
- Oversee accounting functions including account reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Lead budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure fiscal health.
- Provide expert guidance on risk management practices to mitigate potential financial threats.
- Support business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities and advising on mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
- Negotiate contracts, financing arrangements, and other key agreements to benefit clients’ financial positions.
- Offer leadership in corporate finance activities such as capital structuring, funding strategies, and investor relations.
- Collaborate with executive teams to improve organizational efficiency through financial insights and operational improvements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, corporate finance, or senior financial leadership roles.
- Strong skills in negotiation, sales, account reconciliation, and budgeting.
- Extensive background in accounting, risk management, and financial services industries.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting findings and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience working as a fractional or part-time CFO is highly desirable.
- Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CMA are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $87,042.44-$232,135.90 per year
