IS2 Workforce Solutions is currently hiring Order Pickers / Packers for a full-time opportunity in Guelph. This position is based in a cooler environment and is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse setting and have strong attention to detail.
Location: Guelph, ON
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment
- Use RF scanners to locate and process products
- Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy
- Label, wrap, and prepare orders for distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work efficiently to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous order picking, packing, or warehouse experience is an asset
- Experience using RF scanners is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs on occasional basis
- Comfortable working in a cooler environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and within a team
