We are currently expanding our door-to-door sales team for the peak outdoor lighting season and are looking to bring on:
- 1 experienced Sales Representative / Team Leader
- Multiple Appointment Setters
We specialize in permanent outdoor LED lighting systems for residential homes and are one of the fastest-growing companies in the space.
This is an opportunity to join a high-energy team during the busiest part of our season with strong earning potential and room for growth.
About The Role
Your main responsibility will be speaking with homeowners, introducing our permanent outdoor lighting systems, and booking free in-home estimates.
You are not responsible for closing the sale unless you move into a full sales role.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Walking residential neighbourhoods and speaking with homeowners
- Introducing our lighting systems and company
- Booking free in-home estimate appointments
- Recording basic homeowner information
- Representing the company professionally in the community
CompensationAppointment Setters
- $20–$25/hour depending on experience
- Bonus structure available
