Job Description:
As a Recruitment Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in finding companies to partner with our job recruitment agency. This position involves working primarily from our office, with significant travel required based on business needs. You must have your own vehicle, as mileage will be covered for commuting. This is an hourly and commission based role, offering excellent earning potential for driven individuals, Commission details will be discussed further during interview.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential client companies to introduce our recruitment services.
Cleint Onboarding and Engagement: Oversee the on boarding process and develop strong , lasting relationships with clients to understand and meet their staffing needs .
Sales and Business Development : Implement strategies to acquire new clients , achieve sales targets and expand existing client relationships.
Client Consultation: Serve as a trusted adivsor to clients , assisting them with crafting job descriptions and selecting the right candidates.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive findings.
Account Management : Manage clients accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction and successful recruitment outcomes.
Contract management :Ensure complaince with service agreements and legal requirements
Networking: Represent the agency at industry events such as job fairs and webinars to increase visibility and attract new clients .
