What You’ll Be Doing:
- Masterfully crafting high-quality nigiri, sashimi, and signature rolls.
- Leading and overseeing the daily operations and flow of the sushi bar line.
- Executing precise fish breakdown (cutting/filleting) and efficient ingredient preparation.
- Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Proven professional experience as a Sushi Chef in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
- Skills: Excellent knife skills and deep knowledge of sushi preparation, fish handling, and presentation.
- Mindset: A strong sense of responsibility, exceptional communication skills, and a team-first attitude.
Pay: $20.00-$28.19 per hour
