Join Alberta's Road Marking Team
AAA Striping & Seal Coating Service is seeking a professional and safety-focused Class 1 Driver to support road marking operations across Alberta. If you enjoy driving, working independently, and being part of a team that helps keep Alberta's roads safe, we'd like to hear from you.
This position involves transporting paint, glass beads, thermoplastic materials, and equipment to active project sites throughout the province.
What You'll Do
- Operate Class 1 highway tractors with Step Deck and Super B trailers.
- Deliver road marking materials and equipment to crews throughout Alberta.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain driver logs and comply with Hours of Service regulations.
- Coordinate deliveries to multiple project locations.
- Assist with inventory management and material tracking.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as required.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Valid Alberta Class 1 Driver's Licence
- Minimum 3 years of Class 1 driving experience.
- Experience with Step Deck and Super B trailers is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of load securement requirements.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- CSTS 2020 or CSO certification is considered an asset.
- Reliable, professional, and safety-oriented.
Travel & Schedule
- Travel throughout Alberta is required.
- Drivers should expect overnight travel and multi-day trips away from home during the construction season.
- Flexible hours may be required based on project schedules and weather conditions.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Frequent climbing, bending, and securing of loads.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
