We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused dispatcher to help coordinate daily deliveries, communicate with drivers assist customers, and keep orders running smoothly. Responsibilities include monitoring incoming orders, verifying delivery addresses, assigning drivers to routes, updating internal tracking sheets and handling basic customer inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Requirements: excellent communication skills, comfort using digital tools such as Google Sheets, email, and messaging apps. Prior dispatch or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
