We are hiring a Temporary Receptionist to provide vacation coverage for our client in the Orangeville area.
The Receptionist will be responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, maintaining call logs, monitoring reception/parts inboxes, and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members. This role requires someone professional, reliable, and comfortable handling a high volume of calls with strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming phone calls using RingCentral
- Greet callers professionally and direct them to the correct person or department
- Maintain accurate call logs with caller details, reason for call, and action taken
- Prioritize urgent calls and escalate time-sensitive matters quickly
- Provide basic information to callers when appropriate
- Monitor reception and parts inboxes and forward messages as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Payrate: $19-20 (Dependent on experience)
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
