Join CPA Solutions as a Tax Manager.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic and growing team at CPA Solutions. In this leadership role, you will work directly with clients and partners to deliver exceptional tax services, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities
As a Tax Manager on our team, you will:
- Review personal, corporate, and trust tax returns to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with current legislation.
- Prepare and assist with the preparation of complex tax returns when required.
- Review work prepared by junior staff and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
- Offer technical support, coaching, and mentoring to team members for their professional growth and development.
- Conduct tax research and stay up to date with evolving Canadian tax laws and regulations.
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities for clients in collaboration with partners.
- Develop and implement corporate reorganizations.
- Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.
- Assist with other duties as assigned or required.
Essential Qualifications
- CPA designation and a University degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Canadian taxation, with a solid understanding of corporate and trust taxation.
- Completion of, or active enrollment in, the CPA In-Depth Tax Program.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proven leadership ability and experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client relationship management skills.
- Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
