Multicrete Systems Inc., headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is a leader in the Shotcrete and Concrete industry and we are now looking to expand by adding a new member to our Corporate Group. We are excited to expand our team and are currently seeking a talented Social Media Coordinator to join us.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and manage the social media publication calendar;
- Create engaging posts and content;
- Engage with the Operations, Contracting and Business Development teams on an ongoing basis for content generation and creation;
- Produce print materials including advertisements, brochures, business publications, signage, and trade show exhibits;
- Develop and execute e-mail marketing campaigns;
- Prepare reports and presentations as required;
- Maintain social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Organize logistics and promotional materials for company events and external engagements;
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) to create engaging content;
- Help maintain the company website;
- Design and develop marketing materials, graphics, and digital assets for email marketing and social media;
- Maintain business cards for employees (create and update as needed);
- Support administrative duties related to marketing, sales and business development initiatives;
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives;
Education and Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools;
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms;
- (2) years’ experience with technical writing and social media;
- (5) years’ experience developing marketing and promotional materials;

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
