Role Overview
This role involves making outbound cold calls to introduce DANINI, our brand story, and product offerings to new potential customers. The candidate will also manage calls with existing accounts to follow up on orders, coordinate payments, and schedule trade show appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective menswear specialty retailers and buyers
- Introduce DANINI’s brand, product lines, and value proposition professionally
- Research and identify new menswear specialty stores, buyers, and decision-makers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up with accounts regarding:
- New and repeat orders
- Outstanding payments
- Trade show appointments and confirmations
- Maintain accurate call logs, customer notes, and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with sales and management teams for smooth communication and timely follow-ups
Requirements
- Exceptional spoken and written English with persuasive communication skills
- 5+ years of cold calling, telecalling, or sales outreach experience (fashion, retail, or B2B preferred)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging with business owners, buyers, and decision-makers
- Highly organized, proactive, confident, and self-motivated
- Ability to research and generate new leads, maintain records, and work independently
- Comfortable working towards targets and reporting results
- Interest or experience in men’s fashion/apparel is a plus
