Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, professional, and safety-conscious Passenger Tour Driver to join our growing tourism team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a passenger vehicle to transport guests on guided tours and sightseeing experiences. You will provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience while ensuring timely departures, following all applicable transportation regulations, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a passenger vehicle to transport guests to and from designated destinations and tour attractions.
- Follow all traffic laws, passenger transportation regulations, and company safety procedures.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Ensure passengers are safely seated and comfortable throughout the journey.
- Assist passengers with boarding, exiting the vehicle, and luggage when necessary.
- Follow established tour schedules and routes while maintaining punctuality.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the tour.
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding departure times, stops, itineraries, and safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate trip records, inspection reports, and other required documentation.
- Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and presentable for passengers.
- Communicate with the tour coordinator and team members regarding schedules, traffic conditions, delays, or other operational issues.
- Assist with basic tour coordination and provide information about destinations when required.
- Handle unexpected situations calmly and professionally while prioritizing passenger safety.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's licence appropriate for the passenger vehicle being operated.
- Experience driving passengers professionally, preferably in tourism, transportation, shuttle, or tour operations.
- Clean driving record and strong commitment to road safety.
- Knowledge of passenger transportation regulations and safe driving practices.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude when interacting with guests.
- Ability to remain calm and make responsible decisions in changing road and weather conditions.
- Strong punctuality, reliability, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Previous experience in tourism or familiarity with local attractions and routes is an asset.
- First Aid/CPR certification is an asset.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 per week
