Our team is looking for full-time seasonal experienced asphalt rakerman/women in our Edmonton, AB location. Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

Key Responsibilities:
- Spread and level hot asphalt using a rake to ensure proper thickness and smoothness
- Assist with asphalt work
- Work alongside crew members to maintain a steady workflow
- Perform general labor duties such as shoveling, sweeping, and site cleanup
- Help identify and correct surface imperfections
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of previous experience in asphalt paving or construction preferred
- Strong understanding of asphalt
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials
- Valid driver’s license (Class 5 minimum)
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Employees must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime, and
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening
Assets:
- Experience in asphalt paving operations
- CSTS, WHMIS, or other safety certifications
- Experience working around heavy equipment
