Key Responsibilities:
- Mounting and balancing tires efficiently and safely
- Performing tire repairs (patching, plugging, inspections)
- Completing seasonal tire changeovers in a timely manner
- Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assisting with general shop duties and supporting team members as needed

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons
- Physically capable of lifting tires and being on your feet for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Automotive or tire experience is an asset, but not required
