Agius Insurance & Investments Inc is seeking a permanent full time Insurance Sales Supervisor, to oversee agents located 20 Rivermont Road, Suite B4, Brampton, ON, L6Y 6G7.
Salary: $67,250 annually / 35 hours per week
Requirements:
Languages - English
Education - College/CEGEP, or equivalent experience
Experience – 2+ years
Credentials/Certificates/Licences – Ontario OTL licence
Asset language - Spanish
Responsibilities:
Supervise 1-4 people; Sell automobile, fire, property, marine, aircraft and other types of insurance; Examine and verify the accuracy of work done by other agents; Assess potential institutional, business or individual client markets; Calculate premiums; Establish client insurance coverage; Establish method of payment; Identify potential markets; Ensure appropriate forms and other policy requirements are completed; Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients' enquiries; Provide customer service; Provide information concerning group and individual insurance packages, the range of risk coverage, benefits paid and other policy features; Answer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers' insurance.
