Title: Shipper and Receiver
Vacancy: New
Continual Energy Inc. deploys cutting-edge, specialized energy solutions for buildings. We are currently looking for an individual to ship, receive, and inspect parts and products entering and leaving the warehouse. This includes processing accurate documentation for outgoing shipments and reviewing the paperwork accompanying an inbound shipment.
Core Responsibilities:
- Report to the Warehouse Fulfillment Manager
- Facilitate the receiving of the material.
- Management of the Company’s inventory.
- Assign parts to bill of materials and issue parts to shop floor based on Company’s processes and procedures.
- Package and manage components the shipment of components and products.
- Build Crates when needed to protect materials during shipment.
- Operate lift truck within the factory.
- Load and unload equipment and parts as needed.
- Timely and effective collaboration with the Company’s staff, customers, third parties, and/or vendors to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and fulfillment of Company tasks.
- Executing any other related tasks as may be requested by the Company.
- Clear oral and written communications with the Company, customers, vendors and third parties.
- Execution of detailed and exact processes to meet deadlines and scheduling requirements, all roles shall be completed with care, accuracy and within the requested time frames.

- Excellent Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to take direction, work in a fast-paced team and collaborative environment, multitask, and maintain organization.
- Valid forklift (reach and counterbalance) license
- Very comfortable with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
- Must demonstrate the ability to work independently
Qualifications and Education Required:
- High school diploma
- 2-3 years of related experience
Compensation:
- Salary range $21.50-$26.00 per hour
- Three (3) weeks of vacation.
- Ten (10) paid days off (sick days).

Schedule:
- Typical work week is Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- Occasional overtime or after-hours/weekend work required.

- Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada.
- Applications must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Capable of passing an Ontario Contractor Security Screening Check (no criminal record).

Pay: $21.50-$26.00 per hour
