Job Summary
Lotus Capital Corp is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Office Administrator and Receptionist. This role is essential to maintaining a polished corporate environment by providing timely executive support to the Vice Presidents, managing office and facilities, handling light accounting, organizing documents, and administering digital systems. Serving as a critical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, this position requires discretion, initiative, and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Relations
- Greet clients, investors, and visitors with professionalism and discretion
- Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries promptly
- Manage reception area to reflect the company’s high standards and brand image
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
Administrative & Office Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and team members
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange conference calls
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and internal documents
- Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
Office Operations
- Monitor and replenish office supplies; liaise with vendors as needed
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure readiness for client meetings
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new employees
- Support office-wide initiatives and special projects as required
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Ensure adherence to company policies and professional standards
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment
- Post-secondary education in business administration or related field is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and AI applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually
