Summary
We are seeking a Class 1E driver for Halifax Port/ Atlantic Canada to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of freight to and from the Port of Halifax to surrounding areas across Atlantic Canada.
Responsibilities
- Transport Trailers and containers safely to and from the Ports of Halifax and customer locations throughout the Maritimes.
- Complete thorough pre-trip & post trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs & documentation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, Hours of Service regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 E driver's license.
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Clean criminal search.
- Good communication skills.
- Professional, courteous service to ports, terminals, and customer facilities.

Pay: $62,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
