Job Summary
IGI is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join our Customer Service team. The Order Fulfilment Coordinator is responsible for managing customer contacts and ensuring optimal support for all accounts within a given territory. The Order Fulfilment Coordinator will act as a liaison between the Company's internal departments and the customer base to centralize all communication and information flow and to ensure our customer’s needs are met.
Duties
- Manage order fulfillment processes utilizing ERP systems such as AS400 and other warehouse management systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for order picking, packing, and shipping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee transportation management systems (TMS) to schedule freight, manage 3PL providers, and optimize delivery routes.
- Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing, purchasing, and demand planning to meet inventory needs.
- Analyze data related to inventory levels, pricing strategies, and demand forecasts to support process improvements.
- Support shipping & receiving operations, including packaging specifications and materials management.
- Utilize CMMS for maintenance scheduling of warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
- Communicate effectively in French and English with suppliers, vendors, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate order processing and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance warehouse distribution efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards during all warehouse activities.
Requirements
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory for effective communication across diverse teams and international partners.
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, freight management, 3PL coordination, and demand planning.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret logistics metrics and support process optimization initiatives.
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), shipping & receiving procedures, packaging standards, and materials management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams including purchasing, procurement, logistics, and warehouse staff.
- Prior forklift operation or warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
This role is integral to maintaining seamless supply chain operations while supporting continuous improvement efforts within our organization’s logistics functions.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
