Job Summary
We are seeking professional, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionistist to join our. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and boardroom bookings.
- Assist with calendar management and administrative support tasks.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documentation.
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Support various departments with administrative and clerical duties.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and document management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as required.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of reception, customer service, or administrative experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Experience using office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, and scanners is considered an asset.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
