Job Overview
As a Restaurant Manager, you will empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will promote a respectful team environment and manage team members through open communication, coaching, and support. You will work closely with the Restaurant Owner to ensure operational excellence and long-term business success.
You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a diverse team while maintaining Tim Hortons' high standards of quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Your leadership skills and operational knowledge will help drive sales growth, control costs, and create a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop employees
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety standards
- Monitor labour, food, and operating costs
- Build a positive and respectful work environment
- Drive sales growth and achieve restaurant performance targets
- Handle guest concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
- Schedule staff and manage productivity
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience
- Previous supervisory, assistant manager, or restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Experience with recruiting, training, and coaching team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation
