Mariani & Associates is seeking a Registered Psychotherapist to join our clinical team.
This role is designed for already registered clinicians, offering therapy experience within a structured environment across diverse client populations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
- Assist in report writing, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with clinic staff and external providers
- Support coordinated and continuous care for client in clinic and across virtual services
Work Structure
- Full-time, in-person role in Greater Sudbury
- Structured caseload with consistent referrals
- Administrative and intake support provided
Qualifications
Education
- Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy, or a closely related mental health field from an accredited institution.

Registration
- Current registration in good standing as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
- Authorization to practice independently in Ontario.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ethical and professional standards established by the CRPO.
- Current professional liability insurance or ability to obtain coverage before employment
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (Preferred)
Clinical Skills
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
- Trauma-informed care
- Experience working with diverse populations and culturally responsive practice.
- Experience working with children and/or Couples and/or Families
- Bilingual in French and English preferred (not required).
Therapeutic Approaches
- Training in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, IPT, EFT)
Other Requirements
- Satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check (Required)
