Pioneer Auto Group is preparing to launch a dedicated 2026 subprime expansion across our 13+ dealership network. At this time, we are ONLY HIRING 1 MORE TEAM!
A team who can handle real volume, elite lender relationships, tight compliance, and a professional closing structure.
We are looking for teams that produce measurable results and want a platform big enough to match their output.

The Pay Structure
We reward production the way other groups can’t:
- Up to 70% commission for top-producing teams
- Direct access to large lender portfolios so more deals get funded
- Volume scaling incentives tied to 30/60/90 day production targets
- No commission dilution from non-producing reps
- Performance protection for teams producing above target
If your team drives profitable volume, you’ll earn industry-leading income — without needing to manage a department or run a store.
Who Should Apply
We are only considering teams that:
- Can present a track record of funded volume
- Understand lender expectations, compliance, and income stability
- Can deliver a professional, repeatable closing process
-Build full-file deals (proof, structure, lender-preferred paperwork)
-Operate with urgency, ethics, and measurable output
-Are capable of scaling without hand-holding
