Firma Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial, civil, industrial, and infrastructure concrete projects throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan.
This is a hands-on leadership role for an individual who can lead crews, manage schedules, coordinate resources, and deliver projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities: • Oversee concrete construction projects from start to finish • Manage foremen, carpenters, finishers, labourers, and subcontractors • Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and schedules • Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget • Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements • Maintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and site stakeholders • Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met • Mentor and develop field supervisors and crews
Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of concrete supervision experience • Strong background in commercial, civil, industrial, or infrastructure concrete construction • Experience with formwork, rebar, concrete placement, and finishing operations • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
