Project Manager – Asphalt, Paving & Concrete (Commercial Projects)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial asphalt, paving, and concrete projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and capable of ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial asphalt, paving, and concrete projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate scheduling of crews, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Visit job sites as needed to oversee progress and ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients, crews, suppliers, and management throughout each project
- Ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and overall project performance
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays in a professional manner
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in asphalt, paving, and concrete project management
- Experience managing commercial property projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction scheduling and project coordination
- Valid driver’s license
- Looking for someone with the ability to travel to various job sites as needed
