The Facility Director & Lead High Performance Coach is the cornerstone of House of Greatness — the individual who ensures the facility runs at the highest standard while simultaneously driving athlete development and coaching excellence. This dual role combines operational leadership with elite on-floor coaching, making it one of the most impactful positions within our organization.
As the driving force behind member development, coaching quality, and day-to-day facility operations, this individual sets the tone for everything at House of Greatness. They are a key holder, a culture carrier, a program architect, and a people leader — all in one.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
High Performance Coaching
- Design, deliver & oversee coaching of high performance programs
- Integrate performance testing and assessment protocols through programs
- Lead staff training of high performance programs
- Stay current with evolving sport science research
Coach Mentorship & Development
- Set & uphold the standard for HOG staff culture
- Directly manage coaches & support staff
- Ensure consistency in coaching quality across all staff
- Lead regular team coaching reviews, debriefs, and all-staff training sessions
Member Relations
- Foster strong relationships with members
- Manage member progress tracking
- Resolve member concerns with professionalism
- Champion retention through exceptional experience
Performance & Reporting
- Track member performance & session metrics
- Report on member and facility KPIs
- Support marketing with content & success stories
- Contribute to business development and growth strategies
Facility Operations
- Be primary key holder and manage access credentials
- Coordinate emergency procedures and safety plans
- Oversee staff & third-party cleaning team schedule & standards
- Conduct facility walkthroughs and audits to identify & prioritize maintenance needs
- Track equipment lifecycle and flag replacements
- Propose and manage facility upgrade projects
Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
