iPrep Meals is a fast-growing meal prep company focused on high-quality, healthy meals. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking prep assistant to support our kitchen team during prep days.
We're looking for experienced cooks who take pride in their work and enjoy preparing large batches of fresh meals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes
- Work efficiently in a high-volume production kitchen
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with ingredient preparation and kitchen organization
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Help with cleaning and end-of-day kitchen duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional cooking experience
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques
- Experience working in commercial kitchens
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of ingredient substitutions and recipe adjustments is an asset
- Reliable transportation is preferred (carpool may be available for the right candidate)
