Job Summary
SkyPod Immigration is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Immigration Caseworker to manage and handle client immigration cases from start to documentation stage.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Canadian immigration processes and will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and managing complete client files with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end client immigration cases (documentation stage)
- Prepare complete application files for submission readiness
- Collect, review, and verify client documents
- Work on multiple immigration categories including:
- Study Permits
- Work Permits
- Visitor Visas
- Express Entry
- Provincial Nominee Programs (PNP)
- Spousal Sponsorship
- Super Visa applications
- Communicate with clients for missing or updated documents
- Maintain accurate case notes and CRM records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth case processing
- Ensure all files are complete, accurate, and compliant with requirements
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Canadian immigration case processing
- Strong knowledge of IRCC requirements and documentation procedures
- Experience handling multiple visa categories
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
- Good computer skills and CRM usage experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
