This position is a full time, long term employment, assisting site foreman in all labor related work to provide clients with exceptional, high quality, headache free, renovations.

Responsibilities include:
- Progressing a job from demolition to finish stages
- Communicate clearly with team members, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Picking up materials
- May be required to crawl through attics and work in high elevations
- Keeping job site and tools safe, organized and clean
- Keep organized and up to date on all company software
Qualifications:
- Passionate about working in a wide variety of trades
- Minimum 4+ years experience in residential renovations
- Has growing and competent abilities in most areas of residential renovations, start to finish including: framing, drywall, taping, painting, flooring, finishing carpentry, siding, windows, roofing etc
- A basic understanding of residential electrical and plumbing with a willingness to learn
- Has exceptional abilities to work with hand and power tools such as drill, miter saw, table saw, reciprocating saw, nail guns, routers etc
- Owns a full range of hand and power tools
- Owns a personal cell phone with data plan to be used to communicate with management, suppliers, subcontractors and clients
- Able to transport all tools and some materials such as sheet goods, tub boxes etc (owns a truck or van and can pull a trailer)
- Mathematical abilities

- Punctual (preferably at least 5 min early to job site)
- Has a strong desire to learn and grow
- Excels in training inexperienced team members, keeping them on task and working efficiently and is able to build strong, positive relationships with sub trades
- Self-motivated, hard worker, moves quick, has a "hop" in their step
- Organized and anticipates which tasks are coming up and thinks through the whole job process including the effects of work on other trades
Wages:
- Wage starting at $25/ hour based on skills and experience
