Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tri-axle Dump Truck and Float Driver to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in the successful completion of various infrastructure projects, including water and sewer reconstructions, road building, site development, and other civil construction work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects while working alongside skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate a tri-axle dump truck with 40 ft float
Conduct daily vehicle and equipment inspections
Maintain a daily log book
Work in an organized and safe manner in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and company policies
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Adhere to project specifications and timelines
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
Valid AZ licence
Minimum of three years of experience, with five or more years preferred
Experience operating a tri-axle dump truck
Experience floating heavy construction equipment
Ability to follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment
Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
Ability to adhere to project schedules and deadlines
Effective communication with team members and supervisors
Compensation & Benefits:
$30.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
