About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide tailored home and auto insurance solutions while delivering “legendary service” at every touchpoint. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and bring a proactive approach to both client care and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and solutions for home and auto insurance needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
Manage policy changes, renewals, and inquiries efficiently
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Stay informed on industry trends and continuously expand your knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in home and auto insurance
OTL license required
LLQP designation (or willingness to obtain) is considered a strong asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
A genuine passion for client service and relationship building
A “thirst for knowledge” and commitment to ongoing learning

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
