Appointment Setter (Mortgage Leads) — Remote, Alberta
Location: Remote (must reside in Alberta)
Schedule: 1 hour per day, contract, preferably at Noon Mountain Time
Compensation: $15/hr
The role
Book qualified appointments. People apply for a mortgage or home equity loan through us, and your job is to call them back the same day, have a short, professional conversation, and get them on the calendar with our team.
One focused hour a day on the phone with people who already raised their hand.
What you'll do
- Call warm inbound leads who applied for a mortgage or HELOC
- Have a friendly, professional conversation and schedule the appointment
- Log calls and outcomes in GoHighLevel (our CRM)
Who we're looking for
- English speaker with excellent phone manner and easy rapport
- Comfortable with software; you can pick up GoHighLevel quickly (some technical ability required)
- Reliable and self-directed once trained
- Located in Alberta and available at Noon MT daily
No mortgage experience needed. We train you on the process and the script.
