RPI Consulting Group is seeking experienced and reliable Relief Pharmacists for multiple short-term contract opportunities across British Columbia. We have immediate openings in vibrant communities ranging from the Okanagan Valley to the Peace River region and the Island.

Job Opportunities & Details
1. Retail Pharmacy – Kelowna, BC
- Shift Dates: Aug 10-14 & Sep 15-19
- Shift Times: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- System: Kroll (Paperless)
- Volume: ~160 Rx/weekday
- Support: Pharmacist overlap from 12 PM – 4 PM; 3 PAs throughout the day.
- Billing: $85 - $90/hr

2. Retail Pharmacy - Fort St. John, BC
- Shift Dates: July 20-24
- Shift Times: Weekdays 12 PM – 8 PM // Weekends 9 AM – 5 PM (40 hrs/week)
- System: Kroll (Paperless)
- Volume: 130-150 Rx/day (Includes 3-5 Suboxone patients)
- Support: Full Assistant Coverage
- Billing: Up to $100/hr

3. Retail Pharmacy - Trail, BC
- Shift Dates: Jul 29 – Aug 02
- Shift Times: Mon-Thu: 10 AM – 6 PM, Fri: 9 AM – 6 PM, Sat: 9 AM – 5 PM, Sun: 10 AM – 5 PM
- System: Kroll (Paperless)
- Volume: <100 Rx/day
- Support: Full Assistant Coverage (No Meth, Some Injectables)
- Billing: Up to $100/hr

4. Retail Pharmacy - Duncan, BC (Urgent)
- Shift Dates: Jul 12 – Aug 02 (Urgent) & Sep 11 – Oct 30
- Shift Times: Weekdays 8 AM – 10 PM, Saturdays 9 AM – 6 PM, Sundays 10 AM – 6 PM
- System: Kroll (Paperless)
- Volume: 160-170 Rx/day (No Meth, very few Injectables)
- Support: 3-4 Assistants plus overlapping pharmacist hours.
- Billing: Up to $100/hr (Travel rates available)

5. Retail Pharmacy - Pemberton, BC
- Shift Dates: Aug 04-22 (3 weeks – up to 51 hrs per week)
- Shift Times: Weekdays: 9 AM – 6 PM, Saturdays: 9 AM – 3 PM
- System: PropelRx
- Volume: 150-200 Rx/Weekday; 50 Rx/Weekends (Includes 2 Meth patients/week).
- Support: 2 days of full pharmacist overlap; 4 PAs on weekdays & 1 PA on Saturdays; 1 RPhT for 20 hrs/week.
- Billing: Up to $100/hr

Compensation Structure
- Option A (Agency Booked): $70/hour (Flights and accommodations booked and covered by RPI).
- Option B (All-Inclusive): $100/hour (Best option for Incorporated pharmacists who prefer to arrange their own travel).
General Requirements
- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.
- Experience in a retail pharmacy setting (Kroll or PropelRx proficiency is an asset).
- Ability to work independently while managing support staff.
- Strong patient counseling and clinical skills.
