We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Maintenance Labourer to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Perform lawn and landscape maintenance at residential and commercial properties
- Mow, trim, edge, and maintain lawns
- Weed, prune, plant, mulch, and maintain garden beds
- Perform spring and fall cleanups
- Remove leaves, branches, grass clippings, and other debris
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Keep work areas, equipment, and vehicles clean and organized
- Follow daily instructions from the Crew Lead
- Identify and report property damage, hazards, equipment issues, or other concerns
- Provide professional and respectful service while working at customer properties
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Physically capable of performing outdoor labour throughout the workday
- Able to lift and carry landscaping materials and equipment
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Able to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Previous landscaping experience
- Experience operating landscaping equipment is an asset
- Valid driver's license is a must

Physical Requirements
This position involves regular physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Employees must be comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in changing weather conditions.
Schedule
Monday to Friday, with hours varying based on workload, weather, and seasonal requirements.
Additional hours or occasional weekend work may be required during busy periods.
