Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing exteriors.
- Clean and vacuum interiors, including carpets, seats, and upholstery.
- Apply protective coatings to surfaces as needed.
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that need addressing.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing workspace and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning products and equipment.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning results.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of car care products and detailing techniques is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require standing for extended periods and lifting equipment or materials as needed.
