Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individuals who will work as a Life, Accident, and Sickness insurance and segregated-fund agent to join our team. No prior experience is needed. In the job training is available for this role. This role involves engaging with potential clients remotely, online or in-person to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales experience, and a customer-focused approach. Bilingual abilities, especially in any other language, are highly desirable to effectively serve diverse communities. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in outside sales, retail sales, and marketing within the insurance industry. Duties
- Conduct sales activities remotely to identify and engage prospective clients
- Present and explain various insurance policies related to life, accident, and sickness coverage
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through ongoing communication and support
- Assist clients in understanding policy options and coverage details to facilitate informed decisions
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-up procedures
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Apply analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Engage in marketing efforts to promote insurance services within target communities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and expand client base
Skills

Pay: $37,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
